Wedge Grips for Baldwin & SATEC Templin Holders

The wedge grips on this page are replacement fixtures for use in Baldwin & SATEC holders. These grip faces are available in flats, vees and block and insert models. The standard faces are hardened to 59 - 61 Rc and are also available in materials hardened to 66 Rc. These fixtures are available for 8,000, 10,000 and 20,000 lb. models.

These grips are available in 16, 20, 25, and 32 serrations per inch; single or double cut. |
| Vee Wedge Grips |
Used for testing round samples, these grips can be made to your specifications if you state the minimum and maximum size rounds you are testing when ordering. These grips are available in 12, 16, 20, and 24 serrations per inch, single cut. |
| Block and Insert |
This system for testing flat specimens is the most economical and flexible alternative available. The faces are inserted onto a block and can be replaced when worn or can be changed quickly when your tests demand different serrations. |
